We had a great employees lunch with Jimmy John's sandwichs! Great flavor and service!
Absolutely unacceptable experience today around 2:30pm. I ordered two sandwiches, and the staff showed zero professionalism. One employee threw my sandwich to the cashier guy and the other employee threw it as well which it fell to the floor. Instead of making a new one, they rewrapped the same sandwich, threw it back again with no respect whatsoever, and handed it to me, all while laughing.
