Jimmy John's is one of my favorite lunch places when I am out working.
The hours say 9pm... Walked inside before 6:30pm this evening (7/24/25) and the cashier says "we're out of bread". I knew that was BS because there was someone already in there who received a sandwich and she was also making another sandwich. I don't know if that was her way of lying or being prejudice. That's not customer service at all. I've been in customer service for over 20 years. If you are going to close at 7pm, you need to have it reflect for your location and also have a sign on the door as well.
The Vito sub is awesome! Service is fast and friendly.
Hours online show they open until 9pm. Quite a drive from where we live and only to show up at 7pm and they are closed with workers still inside. If there are new hours, then these hours should reflect online and people don’t waste their time driving here.
