Saddest sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy John's. They couldn't even be bothered to give us a bag or napkins 🙄
Stopped by this morning to grab lunch for my wife and I. What exceptional service. The food was great. The gentleman that took my order was so courteous. He thanked me and ensured I knew how they appreciated me. When my order was ready, the lady who prepared it thanked me and wished me a great day. They also gave me a drink carrier and held the door open for me as I exited. You don’t see this type of service at a fast food restaurant anymore. Made me smile. I walked in and waited 10 minutes. Periodically asking if anyone was here. I called the Number and it rang incessantly. Nobody picked up. I think this employee just walked off the job and left the door open.
