The Owner Cameron Mahdad doesn't know how to run a business. Horrible location and horrible staff who lack emotional intelligence. Can't separate professional from personal stigma.
Food, service, and atmosphere are all 5/5. Spicy Italian toasted is a must have. I truly can't believe how good the service is here. The Friday lunch shift is so GENUINELY nice and friendly. I swear, every time I come in I think today is the day it slips but, nope, it never fails to be very friendly service. With the state of food service workers in 2026, these guys can make Flemming's/Ruth's Chris steakhouse service look bad. I'm not even joking. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Felicia and her closing teammate for being wonderful this evening! I stopped by for dinner pretty close to closing (around 15 minutes before, I know I know!!) and Felicia went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. I've only been to this location once before, so I thought it was so lovely that she remembered me. Both visits, the food was great and the restaurant was spotless. I will always come back to franchises that value good people like her :D
Just look at my sandwich and you be the judge. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club Lulu and was give what looks to be a lettuce sandwich. WOW even paid extra for cheese.
