I’m a picky eater and not a frequent of Jimmy John’s. I went to this location and had some questions while ordering. The man behind the counter taking my order was very sweet while helping me. And then at some point in time, a lady who was helping make sandwiches came to the register and was being so rude about some of the questions I was asking. JJ tried to use Uber Eats to deliver my order last night and it never showed up. An employee called me and said someone from the store would bring it but it never showed up and then they closed so I couldn't ask for my money back. Tried to request it first thing this morning and was told they can't process refunds after the store opens the next day. I don't understand offering Freaky Fast delivery and then relying on a terrible delivery service like Uber Eats. FURTHERMORE, there's no way to report a missed delivery to them.
