They forgot the meat on a sandwich. I made a corporate complaint and they said the franchisee would reach out. They never did. So I guess check your order before leaving the restaurant

The woman that took my order was very rude. When I didn’t know that my reward was only for original and not favorites she said I could change it but then the guy aggressively threw the sandwich in the trash. I just needed a sandwich that was toasted because I’m pregnant and wanted the deli meat heated. She said I couldn’t toast the turkey so I would have to get a favorite and not use my reward. I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s, and this was actually my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jimmy John’s. The restaurant was unbearably hot because the A/C was either not working or barely on. We were the only customers inside, it still took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.
