I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s, and this was actually my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jimmy John’s. The restaurant was unbearably hot because the A/C was either not working or barely on. We were the only customers inside, it still took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches. Never had issues with JJ, one of my Favorite sandwich shops. Recently moved here from ATX and hit up the JJ. I was disappointed that we paid over $20.00 to eat lettuce and bread. They also randomly put tomato on a cubano which was weird, ended up taking those off. Going to start tying other sub shops. So disappointed.
Terrible service
I have had several orders where the driver will BANG on my door as if they are trying to break in. I have written in the delivery notes to leave it at the door and they still bang on the door, RELENTLESSLY. The food and sandwiches are GREAT but the delivery procedures need adjustments.
