Professional and amazing service. Yvonne was very kind and patient with us in the drive-thru. She made sure that our order was correct and gave us endless positive service.
HOPING THE MANAGER SEES THIS A ton of people behind the counter, 3 just for making the sandwiches. another 3+ for everything else. It works for portillos but not here Very inefficient since they take turns standing around waiting for the person before them to finish their part. While a handful of us wait for our food. Numerous times I’ve ordered the exact same sandwich from this location. Comes with the same directions every time. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with insuring the right ingredients are included. The recurring issue is that I have always ordered a 16” Gatgantuan cut in half. And there seems to be someone working there that doesn’t understand that it means cut the entire thing in half, and only sends me an 8” gargantuan. Sorry but I’m not spending $25 on an 8” sandwich!
