Friendly staff, fast service & delicious sandwiches. I've been coming here for years and have never had any problems. The only reason why I've ever had to wait is because they're busy, and that's totally understandable.

Absolutely terrible. Never gets order correct. Why spend 10 dollars on a sandwich you'll never eat. Never will return. I want my money back but the restaurant will refuse. They always do
Used to be a regular Jimmy Johns customer and frequented this location, but after numerous horrible experiences, we will be taking the extra couple of minutes to head down to the Batavia location where the staff seems to actually care about their customers and product they sell. Mine and my husband's go to order is simple and it's somehow wrong each time. Delivery is never freaky fast.
