Jimmy John's is a great restaurant - the service, the food (especially the bread), and it's always clean. But this particular location is the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever dealt with. The last time I was there I ordered a tuna sandwich and it should have been called an onion sandwich with a little bit of tuna. When I called back about it, I spoke with someone who said he was the manager and would replace the sandwich the next time I came in.
