I ordered a wrap with no onions, they put onions on it. Luckily I watched him make it and saw the onions go on it. I asked about senior or military discount and was told I needed to come inside to get that. After making a second wrap without onions, he handed to me out the window with the bag of chips I had ordered without putting it in a bag and without napkins. A wrap with a bag of chips was over $12, but they can't afford napkins and a bag making it easier on the customer to carry the order
I Jimmy John's!! #12, the beach club is my favorite, sooo good. Make sure you sign up on their website/app you get a free cookie every couple months, coupons and a free sub or wrap on your birthday
I've eaten in the restaurant once, had them deliver about 4-5 times. The order is always accurate, the food is delicious, and it doesn't take an hour for delivery. Very positive experience consistently. Thank you for always giving me a lunch to look forward to that I know will be awesome!
