After spending 25 dollars on a simple combo to be delivered, I waited 45 minutes for delivery to come from Uber Eats, of all places. I thought that JJ delivered their own food, but not anymore. As is normal with third party delivery services, I received no drink with my order, and the Uber driver couldn't have cared less. I want to start off by acknowledging that the worker with the red hair is doing their best. There were only 2 people working. One person, the lady with the red hair, was up front taking orders and making the food. There was, another worker, but I wasn't sure what they were doing... clearly the worker in the front needs help. The new manager at this location is very personable and was willing to honor the discount I was promised by previous employees. I have had problems with this store previously, either not having a driver, getting orders wrong, or being out of items and still sending the order without telling me until I called about it. I hope the best for this location since I get my lunches here often as it's cheap, quick, and easy to eat on the run.
