Not the workers fault but seems like the GM isn’t aware of how much bread is needed in a given day. Call ahead if you’re gonna order 8 or more sandwiches. Didn’t think Jimmy John’s could be freaky slow.
The sandwich was great but the guy who took the order seemed racist. He greeted every non colored person and even told them to have a good day when leaving except for us. And when he took our order he had a look of disgust. Thank you to the lady worker who treated us with respect and told us to have a good day.
My co-workers and I are loyal customers to this branch, however, we continue to be disappointed by their lack of service. Our online orders are consistently messed up. Toppings missing from sandwiches, sides fully missing from the bag, drink orders messed up. This has happened to the past ~15 orders. I would guess about 5% of the time our orders are correct.
