They always turn you over to Uber Eats for the delivery. The delivery driver will send you a ton of unneccessary texts that may or may not be in English. Then the driver may or may not find the address correctly. Somehow the guy ended up just hanging out in the parking lot this last time instead of dropping the order at my door. They will also threaten to cancel the delivery on you every time.
On 7/17. I ordered my sub via the app at approx 11:50am. I arrived at the location at 12pm. Noticed that they were busy. I waited patiently for 30 minutes a total of 40 minutes since i ordered my sub. It was not completed within that 40 minutes. I truly do understand that they were extremely busy but, when walk in customers are getting their food before someone who ordered way ahead of time, that just seems pretty messed up. Everything good except they forgot my cookie and I had to go back but they gave me an extra cookie. Good deal.
