This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my work. Every single time my sandwich is wrong or 20-30min late. But the worst is really the wrong sandwich. Ask for extra lettuce, get none, ask for no mayo, get tons, ask for oil and vinegar, get none. I feel like I should start marking what I actually want as “don’t include” and maybe I’ll get a shot at enjoying my lunch one of these days. Today’s sandwich has just chicken and sauce in it. Really disappointing. Find another location imo….
Updated review (2/2025). I've been getting deliveries from this one in particular & usually they know my order now w/the specific modifications (like an insane amount of extra onions lol). I'm really happy with the customer service here especially after today: a delivery order had an item missing and another item that was incorrect so I called them and they immediately sent out the correct sandwich, the missing item AND a bonus cookie, which was extremely nice and obviously not something they needed to do, since making it ri... read more
Very rude employees. I left the store without ordering due to treatment from a particular girl behind the counter. I will absolutely not be back.
Love the #6 - no cucumber, add pickles
I had an order for 5 subs. I requested 2 made per menu, 2 of them meat & cheese only, 1 no tomatoes. 2 of the employees made comments about a ridiculous number of customizations & the tip better be good (to one other, but intentionally loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear). The other 2 were just standing around, they weren't busy. I didn't realize that JJ basically charged extra to NOT put toppings on their sandwiches? $80 for 5 subs and a guilt trip.
