No one greets you. Twice now I am my gf have walked in at the counter and no one says anything. This is worthless. These kids suck and do not need a job. Online order can even include napkins when I press the button for them. And you have the audacity to tell me to have a good day? I've stood there for over 3 minutes while workers talk to each other. Hate this location especially the workers
Previous review I posted was 2 stars, today I revisited hoping the experience would be different but my receipt says Melisande took my order. I was not greeted when I entered the store nor was I greeted as he was walking up to take my order instead I was asked "what do you want" so I replied "How are you today?" The entire visit Melisande had an attitude mumbled many things under his breath and gave off the general vibe that he did not want to be at work. Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich restaurant. Yesterday I was highly disappointed. When I got home I had to add ingredients. I had to put more vinegar and oil, and oregano. My partner had to add ingredients as well. It just wasn't what I'm used to. I hope this was a one-time thing.
