My husband and I went around 6:15pm and the guy over the intercom spoke so low I could barely hear him. We get to the window and was met with a very unpleasant person. He had a terrible attitude right of the bat. If you’re that miserable then don’t do customer service. We go to this location a lot but we definitely will not be back at all.

My order was over an hour late and I ordered a toasted sub just to receive it untoasted. I even put a note in the comment section asking for it to be toasted. Why offer a toasted sandwich on the menu if you’re not going to toast it.

Look at what Jimmy John's is doing, shredding their meat instead of sliced. Barely any turkey on this Club Lulu. Won't ever eat there again.

I've walked in and ordered twice from this location now. We've had the best service each time. The young man was so friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. We were asking about the wraps, and he was highly knowledgeable on thd taste and flavors and gave us recommendations for add-ons. Maybe for this location, it's better to order in person. I always get the country club. The first time I ordered, they didn't put enough lettuce, but it was still good.
