I ordered from this location on 4/15/2026 at 11:27am, i called around 12:26pm because it still wasnt here. its already 1 and still not here. i called again at 12:53pm to cancel the order and give me my money back. the guy on the phone wanted to act like a clown and not even ask who i am to give me my money back and then tells me it will take 2-3 days still with no name. then proceeds to hang up on me. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work suite. After 45 minutes of it not showing I called and was told it was delivered to a wrong, unknown address. They offered to remake it but conveniently no longer had a driver that could drop off my sandwich so they said I could pick it up, wait for a 3rd party driver or they would issue me a refund. I chose a refund even though I was STARVING at that point but they also never issued me a refund and it's been 2 weeks. Avoid wasting your money at this location. It'll be disputed... read more

1 year update, original review below. The staff was amazing. Clearly they worked with the team and hired friendly amazing people. The store was clean with great food and friendly employees. Thank you for taking my criticism as genuine and I really appreciate the changes. I’ll be back and thank you! Employees seemed annoyed that I was in there even though it was normal lunch time. The food was terrible, bland bread, barely any meat and the chips were somehow flavorless and stale. The value for your money will go farther at an... read more
