I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work suite. After 45 minutes of it not showing I called and was told it was delivered to a wrong, unknown address. They offered to remake it but conveniently no longer had a driver that could drop off my sandwich so they said I could pick it up, wait for a 3rd party driver or they would issue me a refund. 1 year update, original review below. The staff was amazing. Clearly they worked with the team and hired friendly amazing people. The store was clean with great food and friendly employees. Thank you for taking my criticism as genuine and I really appreciate the changes. I’ll be back and thank you! Employees seemed annoyed that I was in there even though it was normal lunch time. This is hands down the WORST jimmy John's ive ever been to. Literally every time I come here to pick up an online order they charge me for the order, then they don't have it. So I order in the store because they said if I didnt get a confrimation e-mail its just a pending charge, IT ALREADY CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! then they won't refund you without the e-mail. Thanks jimmy John's didn't know like to steal from your customers.
Really good customer service specially David the guy with the glasses he’s doing really great job and really making sure that everybody gets what they want.
