ALWAYS an issue with my order here. Never anywhere else. Easy lettuce somehow equals a lot of lettuce. Overdone subs or soggy subs — no in between. One piece of meat for a GIANT? Honestly, the girls that work there cannot make a consistent sandwich and don’t understand the difference between curbside and in-store pickup. Smh.
Rude and they don’t pay attention to you while ordering they talk to each other instead and get mad when you have to correct them
Only JJ location I have an issue with and it’s every time. Never fast, and always the wrong orders, or something wrong with my sub. This time there was 7 workers and 5 of us waiting over 7 minutes for our sandwiches. And for JJ that’s terrible….
