Visited earlier this evening to get the free drink and chip promotion for march. The two young men inside said they didn’t know what I was talking about. They were rude and didn’t even greet us. Had their back turned and were giggling. I proceeded to go to the tallmadge location instead. I had no issue getting the promotion there. It’s even listed on the corporate website.
Took 45 mins to get my food and forgot half of the order
Their idea of exta veggies, especially with the lettuce apparently.
We normally always come to this Jimmy John’s, but today is most likely our last we walked in and they were playing a lot of inappropriate rap music and we bring our kids to this place. You would think they would realize a family has walked in. Maybe we should change the station to something more appropriate that doesn’t talk about Genitalia or have curse words we will never be coming back to this one. They officially lost our business at this location.
