Bread was hard as a rock, lettuce was not fresh. Barely any meat. Do you know How hard it is to get 3.6 stars on Google. Obviously not the only one. Health department should be all over this place.
Their drivers really have no sense of direction
Never again, eating here. Just saw some girl tearing off the inside of the bread. Making the bread thinner than what it is. So she can properly fold the bread After making it? I don’t know why she was doing it. So anybody reading this just know that they’re tearing off the extra bread on the inside making your sub thinner than what it is

I do not think this is a bad Jimmy John's. The food is usually good. My issue is with delivery. They seem to mess up delivery a lot. Its like Russian Roulette when I order. Missing chips, completely forgotten drinks, an occasional messed up sandwich. Its discouraging, and sometimes I dont want to think its the employees but who knows anymore.
