When I went into the store there was literally 6 people huddled behind the counter doing nothing. The person that waited on me seemed desperate to return to the conversation instead of doing his job. Food was mediocre. There are so many sub places now I can't believe they are still in business with employees like this.
Everyone was nice when I went in to pick up my online order, but I selected light mustard online and it was literally drenched in mustard. I had to wipe it off :/
We ordered 2 subs and 2 pesto pasta salads last night. Got home to realize, the 2 pesto pasta salads were outdated and to be USED by 8/8 and 8/9. We bought them on 8/10 towards the end of day! I called the store only to be told they don't know what they want me to do! I told them i wasnt eating it and wanted my money back, i was told they cant do that! I told them i am afraid to eat the subs, because if they had day dots on their pasta salad and still sold it to me, who is to say the meats and produce are in date too! The ma... read more
