Went the drive through waiting for sandwiches . Got sandwiches but not drinks. Tried to get attention 3 employees looked at us then walked away. Sat for a few more then tried to wave one down still no attention so knocked on window and a young guy came and opened and yelled to us not to knock on window tried to say we want our drinks said no your rude and shut the window. I am disappointed in JJs again I used to order delivery once a week. Until it started taking 1hour + to get my food. I rarely order anymore but today I was craving a good sandwich. Yes the food is always on point, but the delivery needs to be better. It has officially been 1 hour since I ordered through the ap. Still waiting 🤔 I understand things happen and sometimes they are “short staffed” but maybe they could turn off delivery option while they can’t keep up. 🤷♀️
Friendly, fast service. Food as expected. Bathrooms roomy and clean! Only nitpick is the music was extremely loud.
This jimmy John’s was the fasted one I have ever been to. I had just filled my cup with lemonade and my sandwich was done. Very impressive, the food was great at the workers were very welcoming. Would recommend this fine establishment!!
