I feel the same way about this place as I do about Burger King: consistency depends on the day of the week. Also, charging $12 for 3 slices of turkey is wild.
Customer service usually stinks. Every other JJ asks about being a rewards member except this one. My guess is crappy management because the service is consistently bad like customers are a nuisance but the sandwiches are still good. Luckily there's a Jersey Mike's about a block away.

Love Jimmy John’s but the lore is actually insane. Supposedly the staff is high and there are RUMORS of spit?? Terrifying. Disturbing. Unsettling. That being said, every sandwich has eaten so I will continue to show up
We ordered online for pickup and was an easy in/out. Food was great!
