Stopped in this evening - cashier was friendly but individual making sandwiches was extremely rude and crabby. Will skip it next time.
Paid extra for different topping and cheese. Got charged for it. Sandwich not made correctly. Just annoying. Not gonna go to drive back for $2, but come on.
Food was fine. Totally normal Jimmy John’s food. All of the booths were covered with caution tape. We asked an employee why we can’t sit in the booths. Her response “I don’t know.” The only thing we could assume was that the staff doesn’t want to clean the booths. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were dirty, out of soap, and low on toilet paper.
