You have someone taking orders that doesn’t know the menu. At least have someone assisting your new employee to make sure the customer is getting what they need.
Apparently if you place a delivery order they’ll lie and say they don’t have it then put the manager on to say it was sent out only because I called. Order status never updated until I called the store. According to the manager you’re supposed to stand outside and wait for your order?? Just plain ignorant, attitudes are horrible and definitely have lost a customer.

Suppose to be the country club I added cucumbers and they very little ham and no turkey. And on my way to an appointment so no time to turn around. So frustrating. This is made poorly.
