Avoid this store at all cost. Horrible service . I said the price shouldn’t be that because I order Jimmy John’s frequently. They said it went up . I look at the board and did the math and it still wasn’t adding up. They have huge sign that says combo for a $1 which I pointed at while ordering. They claim you have to ask to get that price. Never had that happen at any other location. Then when I get my sandwich I said I don’t get a bag or a cup or napkins.They say I can get it myself. Multiple times called the store and was hung up on
So stupid you cant have your sub extra toasted or bread taken out and toasted....... all because its a franchise owned. If it was corporate owned you so can!!!!! Crazy how they are willing to lose a customer ober not taking bread out and toasting it. Oh and you cant get extra toasted!! Update- crazy I was able to go to a different Jimmy John's and get what I requested!
