Very long story, but after a full month and 4-5 calls to customer service about a refund I never received, the manager of this location finally decided to stop ignoring my and customer service's attempts to get him to contact me, only for him (Tyler) to send this message. I went here 6 years ago and the music sucked so bad I'm still remembering it this morning at random. Prices are even worse now but food is fine and very fast
I had a very disappointing experience today with Jimmy John's. I placed an order for two sandwiches around 2:50 PM for delivery. The order was sent through Uber Eats, but it was never delivered, even by 4:00 PM. In the Uber Eats app, the status was showing “Not Delivered.” When I called the store, the manager told me their system showed the order as delivered, even though I never received anything.
