I always order ahead, at least a dozen times. My food has always been on time, delicious, and delivered with a smile. The staff is friendly and engaging when I want a conversation. Man, I love their fresh baked bread!
I order here and decent amount and usually several 4 to 8 box lunches at a time. Today I placed an order and was told that delivery orders do not matter. Surprising since they are "Freaky fast". In store orders come first. Ive never had an issue with a delivery taking 2 hours until now. Or being told a delivery orders do not matter to a store. I recently visited this Jimmy John's location yesterday at approximately 5:30pm, and unfortunately, it proved to be the most unwelcoming establishment of its kind that I have encountered. The cashier's behavior was decidedly unaccommodating, as they appeared annoyed when I posed a question regarding available toppings.
