I haven't been here in a while but decided to stop in and get me a tuna Lulu which was freshly made and delicious by the way. In the middle of lunch rush hour. 👎 not freaky fast - freaky slow
This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns store. I still cannot believe how terrible the service was. I had a promise time of 11:25 am for my order. I did not receive my order until 12:34 pm! I had to keep asking about the status of my order (at least 8 times). Finally they searched for my order and had to move my order in front of existing orders just to finally get me my order. There were a lot of other people who's order was tardy.
