Very rarely do I write bad reviews on Google, but this jimmy johns employees were very rude to me and I would hate for anyone else to experience what I did. They told me the ovens do not work after 9:00 even though they are open until 10:00 and when I pulled up to get my food I was rudely shoved my bag with a firm "HERE" even though all I did was order my food and pay with no other interaction from the workers. What happened to being freaky fast or even decent customer service. Placed an order, it's been out for delivery for 15mins now. Called to get an update. Without any information, I was told my order left with 5 others. How do you know? You asked for no information at all.
Missing ingredients (app order). It's more like freaky-slow. 🤷🏼♂️ The sandwiches were delicious!
Worst Jimmy John's in Lexington KY, hands down. If you do not check your order before you leave you can expect to regret it when you get home. I even tip this place for the workers sake, but that doesn't make a difference.
