Sat as the only car in the drive thru line for 20 minutes waiting on my order while watching the employees drinking in the back. Frustrating
The Newton Center way location in Lexington has to be the slowest Jimmy John’s. Been here numerous times and generally have to wait 10+ minutes every time. Doesn’t matter if I go inside or drive through.
Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Spent 20 mins in the drive thru with one car in front of me that received 1 bag and 1 drink.
I really appreciate the staff knowing the protocol for a gluten sensitivity: changed gloves, put down extra paper, and didn’t use the utensils they use on the bread. Great job! And so thankful!
