Went there today to give them another try and I have to say the service and attitude of the employees was the worst I have ever experienced and the quality of the food is disgusting. One piece of cheese and a full sandwich and maybe 2 pieces of turkey? It’s like they just slapped stuff on there from the floor. Will not be going again, waste of money.
Awful customer service. They were all on their phones and the cashier was very unpleasant, barley said a word to us. Don't work in customer service if you don't know how to treat people.
Jimmy John’s used to be my go-to for a fast, reliable lunch, but the quality has noticeably nosedived lately. The bread—once their saving grace—has been consistently tough and stale, while the meats and cheeses feel skimpier and less fresh than they used to. It's disappointing to see a chain that prided itself on being "freaky fresh" now serving up bland, sub-par sandwiches that just aren't worth the price anymore.
The guys there made solid subs!
