One star for food portion size. 2 stars cause the flavor was good. 2 stars for service cause we ordered online, but the sandwiches were very small. One star for atmosphere, there was a huge spill on the floor by the door just covered up with napkins and left in a pile. We ordered extra peppers, double beef, etc and this was absolutely not extra anything. It was small even for regular portions. I've never had such a disappointing sandwich from Jimmy Johns. Great sandwiches
I had the tiniest roast beef sandwich. The bread must have been pre-made days ago because it was as hard as a rock. If this is typical, I won't be back!
Why is "no lettuce" so difficult everywhere? -not just here.
