I had a terrible experience at this place for the first time. I was unaware that the wraps were cold. The gentleman who served me did nothing to help me. I asked him if he could warm the sandwich, but he refused. I was okay with it even with the condiments, but I asked if he could warm it in the microwave or make me another one. He said no, and now I’m stuck with a cold sandwich that I’m going to throw away. Poor poor. He his words were I gave you what you ordered.
Unfortunately the service gets slower each time I visit. One person on the register and one person making sandwiches in crazy during a lunch rush. I commend the gentleman making the sandwiches cause he moved with a sense of urgency. The other gentleman really needs to learn to multitask and prioritize customers in the restaurant. Update. This is the 2nd time at this location and I thought at first the lady taking the orders was having a bad day. Now again the same crappy service from her. Very sour when speaking to customers, when talking to her she does listen to you like completely ignores you. I love Jimmy John’s. Whatever is happening to her and she’s expressing it to the customers that a bad reflection and it does frustrates that I’m trying to have a good ordering experience. She didn’t give me the cup I needed for my drinks.
There was only one worker taking orders and making the sandwiches. Need help the keep the line moving. Poor Management.
The experience was already ruined as I walked into the door. Staff looked unmotivated ans annoyed. I walked up and said good afternoon, I was met with blank stare and no response. After ordering, lady seemed annoyed that I ordered... I went to get sweet tea, they had none as well as unsweetened.
