Employees turned off toaster and didn't bother to tell us even though we ordered toasted sandwiches. When we told them they basically said nothing and looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I did raise my voice, I had a very unsettling day and was starving. Never again Jimmy John's.
I ordered on-line and have been waiting awhile for my order to be delivered. I then received a call about 20mins after I placed the order and the guy told me that they do not accept cash, only credit card and to give me the credit card number to complete the order. First of all, I never give out my credit card number over the phone to anyone, secondly, why is it an option when ordering on-line if you want to pay cash or credit card.
