Did not catch the employees name but the way he went above and beyond after my mistake of placing my order too soon. When I got home my food was still hot!!! Thank you so much!! Jimmy John’s has always been my favorite but tonight excellent customer service.
This sandwich is every reason I don’t feel bad for those who complain about how much they make in entry level jobs. Not only is this sandwich pathetic for how much it costs alone. But I purchased extra meat for it, requested no tomatoes. Second time being to this location and it’s been a disappointment both times.

I had a terrible experience at this place for the first time. I was unaware that the wraps were cold. The gentleman who served me did nothing to help me. I asked him if he could warm the sandwich, but he refused. I was okay with it even with the condiments, but I asked if he could warm it in the microwave or make me another one. He said no, and now I’m stuck with a cold sandwich that I’m going to throw away. Poor poor. He his words were I gave you what you ordered.
Unfortunately the service gets slower each time I visit. One person on the register and one person making sandwiches in crazy during a lunch rush. I commend the gentleman making the sandwiches cause he moved with a sense of urgency. The other gentleman really needs to learn to multitask and prioritize customers in the restaurant. Update.
