I mean come on where else can you get a meal faster than cooking anything! Quality of food is always there! Customer service great and they are just an all aroind great place I’ll be ordering again and again and again lol
Tammy the girl working the counter had no personality and is RUDE!! I asked a few questions because the menu no longer listed "slims." She just kept nodding her head. I asked if that was a yes or no. Rudely replied "yeah, I can make a slim." Then I asked another question, she ignored me so I didn't order anything. Just a sandwich for my husband. Worst service ever. Seriously the best crew!!!! Food is always super fast and good. Today the was a coupon for a free sub thru the app but it said it had already been used, called store and manager was able to help me right away and get me a free new toasted sub which is soooo freaking good!!! Thanks guys!
It's February 23rd 2025 at 5:25 pm, and whoever answered the phone at this time today almost always has you hold on the phone (like they did again today) and the call gets dropped. It sounds like a young woman, maybe in her twenties, and it's not Jade, Jade is always wonderful. I tried calling back and before I said anything she said "please hold" and left me on wait.
