Seriously the best crew!!!! Food is always super fast and good. Today the was a coupon for a free sub thru the app but it said it had already been used, called store and manager was able to help me right away and get me a free new toasted sub which is soooo freaking good!!! Thanks guys!
It's February 23rd 2025 at 5:25 pm, and whoever answered the phone at this time today almost always has you hold on the phone (like they did again today) and the call gets dropped. It sounds like a young woman, maybe in her twenties, and it's not Jade, Jade is always wonderful. I tried calling back and before I said anything she said "please hold" and left me on wait. If I could leave zero I would absolutely ridiculous I ordered my sandwich at noon and by 1:20 it was still out for delivery I called to cancel my order and the lady tried to argue with me saying that she had a delivery person out 30 mins ago I live less than one mile from the store. I would love to hear from a manager on how this experience is what they want their customers to have.
Asked for no cheese twice and upon receiving my sandwich asked if it had no cheese and was told it had none. got home and there was cheese but extra cheese as well
