The manager at this location demonstrates exceptional leadership. I visited during a very busy lunch rush, and even with the high volume, she took the time to ask for the name on my order and ensured it was completed promptly. I didn’t mind the brief wait at all—what stood out was her ability to multitask while remaining genuinely customer-focused. Her strong leadership and positive relationships with her team are exactly why I continue to return to this JJ location.
PLEASE READ! I ordered a “Turkey Tom” combo and a “Vito” with a side of chips and drink for delivery. I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong address, but immediately - literally within 5 seconds of placing the order - I called and asked if they could deliver the order to a different address in Watertown. The manager of the store assisted me and guaranteed they could send it to the address I had intended to select initially.
