I love the Hartford Jimmy John's. They are always pleasant to me, in the restaurant and drive thru, and the sandwiches I get from there are great! I think their customer service is good, their focus is on making yummy sandwiches fast, which they do! I appreciate having a Jimmy John's in Hartford, thank you to all the hard working people there.
Fat girl was extremely rude... Alissa I think her name was? Kept addressing me as the sanwich number I had purchased. As I walked out after my meal she proceeded to screech across the counter at me, "bye number 12." Which was the number sandwich I ordered. The best part was, all the other employees (probably around ages 18-23) started chiming in with her. Very rude and disrespectful.
Picked up a half hour ago. Girl taking my order was laughing and hard to understand, then switched over to a male who gave me the dollar amount and called me "homey." Worse part is sub bread was old, and hard, lettuce was not fresh. No longer my "go to" in Hartford. And they raised their prices again.
At work on a half hour lunch still waiting for 2 subs and has been 45 min! Not to freaky fast I think!
Waited over an hour for one sub. I understand things happen which was what I told the employee over the phone. She was extremely rude.. I was super disappointed. But I understand one person doesn't represent a whole business. Every other employee there I've dealt with were great :)
This place gives you exactly what you want super freaky fast. The bread was delicious, mayo perfectly spread, and the sandwich wrapped just right. Jimmy John's in Hartford is the best.
Just got home after picking up two subs at Jimmy Johns in Hartford. The Pepe had NO MEAT at all. Are you kidding me? I will NEVER go back to this place EVER again.
