I ordered my food. 10 minutes later it said it was on the way then didn't show up for almost 40 minutes. I ordered 30 minutes BEFORE my lunch break started and got it in the last 10 minutes of my break. Called after waiting 30 minutes after my text said it was on its way, and they said oh it should be there soon. The guy that answered sounded annoyed that I even called. Employees were very friendly and efficient.
Went through the drive thru and it took a really long time when it should have been really quick. Would have been faster if I had gone inside.
This is my go-to JJ they always get my order right and they are always quick. They are the only ones that actually do extra cucumber and cut my sandwiches in half. The employees are also really kind.
