I went into this location today to order some food and when I asked for a substitute instead of lettuce, they said no they don’t have anything like that and when I was leaving, I could hear them laughing at me if this is how you treat customers you’ll never get my service again. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m still hungry.
They give you as little meat as possible, I'll never eat at Jimmy's John's again, that's what happens when your bought by private equity
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap for about $11 and was surprised by how little chicken it contained. The wrap was mostly crunchy onions, with very little meat throughout. Based on previous orders and the menu description, I expected a much better balance of ingredients.
