I pre-ordered catering on 8/5/25 to pick up at 10:30am on 8/6 for a staff meeting. I arrived at the store at 10:40am, nobody was in the store, door was locked and order was not ready. I waited for a 10 more minutes to see if anyone would unlock the door, no luck. To avoid being late to this meeting, I had to leave. I gave one star for everything due to the fact me and my family TRIED to eat at this location yesterday an upon walking into the store there were two employees just sitting on their phones not really caring who walked in (I am assuming this due to looks on their faces) me an my husband were blandly told “we out of bread” again wouldn’t be a issue if they didn’t actually make the bread in house which they do here. All I have to say is Jersey Mike's Hyde Park location is my go to hand's down. Awesome fresh food and great customer service
My order was placed in the app at 11:02am for delivery at 11:30am. It’s almost 1pm and I’ve not received the order. I tried calling the store twice and no one answers. Feedback has already been submitted through your website.
