I’ve been to Jimmy John’s several times and usually love it. The sandwiches are always fresh and quick, which is why I keep coming back. This time, though, I had a really disappointing experience. I came in during a busy lunch rush with a group of firefighters already eating. I was patient and waited until I was ready to order before walking up to the counter.
