Amazed by the worst customer service I've ever seen. Had employee mouthing off to me in front of the person who claimed to be her manager. I can subway continues to look better and better
When this Jimmy John's first opened it was great. Yummy subs and quick delivery. Well things have gone down hill quickly. We ordered 2 giant subs and were delivered 2 8 inch subs. The delivery is also slow....if they can find your house. The bread is also far from fresh.
This particular Jimmy Johns location has been open in Columbus for just under 6 months. In that time, the owner and person(s) in charge have managed to hire the most discourteous and unprofessional delivery drivers I have ever encountered. While driving in a RESIDENTIAL area NEXT TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in our small town last week, I came to a 4-way stop.
