Stood in front of the cash register for 5 minutes before I noticed the "order here" computer. Not 1 worker of 10 said hello. Manged to leave with somebody calling out my sandwich. Those were the only words said by employees the whole 10 minutes.
I placed an order at 8:40 pm and called an hour later when it still had not arrived. The young man that answered tried to be helpful and explain that they use third-party drivers Doordash when they don't have a driver. I asked for a refund but his shift leader wouldn't come to the phone to process the refund because he was working on closing the store.
