now tell me why my driver thought it was a good idea to place my order on top of a box labeled “blood and urine laboratory specimens”
This location pretty much sucks. Food poisoning once, Threw a sandwich away recently as well cause the meat was bad, and at any time during rush-hour they’re getting a car through about every five minutes it’s slow as can be.
Very upset. Picked up my sandwich order at 9:15 pm. Got home and it was someone else’s order. Drove all the way back and got there at 9:45 while they were still open. Employees had door locked and saw me and refused to open doors. They were open until 10 but ignored me. Bringing back this wrong sandwich tomorrow and getting a refund.
After ordering, we waited 15 minutes and then were told that they ran out of bread. The options given were sliced wheat, lettuce wrap or wait 25 more minutes for bread. We didn’t have time to wait so went with the other options. Wrap was falling apart. Sandwich was subpar. Staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge that we were not getting what we ordered in the time we’ve come to expect from all the countless Jimmy John’s we’ve been to over the years. Disappointing.
