Food came as ordered, ingredients seemed fresh. Did drive-through and had to wait a while for our sandwiches.
Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes and didn't get to the order speaker. Left. Horrible
Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches. The person taking the order was kind and helpful. However, when we got our sandwiches my daughters had to be thrown away. It tasted and smelled like hand sanitizer. The other 2 didn't taste like that but weren't of good quality either.
If I could give negative I would. I just went into the store to get TWO sandwiches and the manager along with another employee turned us away because they were too busy making other orders. ZERO CUSTOMERS AND 2 EMPLOYEES CANT MAKE TWO WRAPS WITH NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE!!!! Customer service. -5 Management able to accommodate -10 Leadership skills - 8 I have managed businesses and food establishments and this is complete unacceptable for leadership of a franchise.
