Ordered some catering for an event, the staff did not have it ready at designated time, in fact the seemed not to care and took 43 minutes extra to prepare it. Will never return. If you Value your time, don't shop here.
I was given the wrong sandwich and went back to the restaurant after discovering this. I went back to get the correct sandwich which I received. The sandwich was not good and I was given nothing for the inconvenience.
Employees are lazy, will look at you and pretend your not there and walk off, jersey Mike's is 1 minute away, chose them and not this Jimmy Johns. Will never order from them again, worst customer service I've ever had
