Easy pick up.
I order frequently, and usually have no issues. The past two times I’ve ordered have been horrible. For one, they refuse to update the tracker. How is it taking 40 minutes for my order to “be on the way” and then no one confirms the delivery? Why am I requesting napkins as well as mayo packets and not receiving it? Why isn’t my sandwich being made correctly? Between today and yesterday I’ve spent nearly $40 and I wasn’t happy with either experience. This store is going downhill.
I feel sorry for somebody who can’t put a Sandwich and napkins in a bag and hand it out to a customer. It’s a task so easy that a monkey could do it. And This is actually twice that this has happened to me at Jimmy John’s at two different locations 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Put napkins in the bag!!!! End of story
Dry Bread, Barely Any Meat, For Price
Ordered some catering for an event, the staff did not have it ready at designated time, in fact the seemed not to care and took 43 minutes extra to prepare it. Will never return. If you Value your time, don't shop here.
