We usually come to this jimmy johns and Taniyah was so rude and we had got 3 sandwiches, 2 chips and she just handed them to me with NO bag then saw me struggle to hold all 3 of them then offered me a bag then then dropped the bag on the floor while i was trying to get the bag NO Patience Horrible service.
I know times are tough, but I have 3 strikes for this location. I gave 3 chances because it was a JJ location I used to like very much and go to many times a while back like more than 3 years ago. I normally don't give 3 chances for little things. When we pay for add ons, there is an expectation that the 1. ingredients are it - had 2 cucumbers only on it 2. Cashier rang up my food with plastic gloves on, then attempted to make my sandwich without changing gloves. If that wasn’t bad enough, after asking if I wanted everything on my sandwich, she still left off the mayo! Never again…
