Secoya looked at me like I was such a big inconvenience to her day, rushed me through my order, and not one smile or positive energy off of her. Maybe if you’re in customer service, remember that attitude goes a long way. I will not be ordering from this jimmy johns just due to that interaction, thank goodness the folks in baraboo are nice
Customer service is no longer. I had a delivery order that was placed through the app that was NEVER received by me. Called the store twice and was hung up on. Finally was able to talk to someone who told me that they don’t deal with their own orders, but instead I have to call Uber Eats? I didn’t place my order through Uber Eats OR have any contact with them. I was lied to and told they do not do refunds if uber eats delivers their orders. So what do I do?
