Honestly worst experience I ordered from them all the time and then I reordered my normal lunch and it never showed up . It’s less than 2 miles where I work I would have picked up myself but considering I was the only employee I can’t have . I waited four hours to arrive cause I lost track of time and notice it never came . I reach out to customer service and still waiting for my refund . Honestly don’t offer delivery if it isn’t possible. Btw I still want my money back

I moved to Baraboo a little over a year ago. I really like this Jimmy John’s. They have always gotten my orders right. Everything is always good. Sandwich’s are always fresh. I have ordered by phone and picked up my order to go and I have sometimes just dropped in and got a sub and ate maybe half of it at the store. I never have had any problems with any of my ordered. Wonderful experience at this Jimmy John’s! I always order the Cubano Unwich, and this one was made perfectly. It was wrapped neatly too, which I really appreciated. I’ve had a few from other locations that were a hot mess. 😂 Thank you for taking the time to make my sandwich with care, and for the great customer service!
So frustrating, I order through the JJ app to be delivered to the wilderness convention center. It took 40 min to get my order, the driver delivered to the hotel first, then when I called him he said he would look in Google Maps to find the right place. I contacted JJ and asked them to just cancel my order. They told me they couldn’t because they use door dash to deliver. So when you order through the app, they contract with door dash and you have to go through door dash to get a refund!
