In all my years I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I felt so bad for a lady a few customers ahead of me. She ordered a sandwich and before she even paid, it was made! She said she wanted to remove some items it came with and they refused and told her “we already made it the way it comes” and pointed to the menu to show her. When she asked why she could not have customized it they told her “we don’t do that here” (even though I did).
