Jacques is genuinely amazing, I was super inconsistent with my order, and they were beyond kind with me about it. I'd ordered a sandwich the night before with no mayo or lettuce, and had forgotten to say it for this order; they remembered and asked if that's how I'd wanted my sandwich, which I was beyond appreciative of!
Cashier rang up my order incorrectly, And wouldn't give me a receipt after Asking for one.

I ordered online for delivery using an online promotion. 30 minutes went by and the status hadn’t moved. I called and spoke to Secoya who explained that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today so they had to use a 3rd party but that they cannot provide a time estimate for that. I asked if she could change the order to pickup. She said sure- we can change to pickup to remove the delivery free and I would just have to pay when I pickup.
