Leaving second bad review for this place. Hope you guys have stopped advertising freaky fast. Order at 1:07. Expected delivery 2:40 for a place a mile away from me but it’s already sitting there getting disgusting and soggy and whoever answers the phone “sorry about that” because it’s being delivered through Uber where they give you nothing to contact/cancel an order it just sits there. Don’t have delivery drivers stop taking delivery orders.
I ordered delivery from Jimmy John's this evening at 8:25 at 9:15 I got the notice it was out for delivery , it's 10:09 I looked on the my tracker area in the app and it said it was delivered , it wasn't delivered to me ! I tried to call the store only to be greeted with a message saying they were closed so I will have to call in the morning to make sure I'm not charged for that meal.
