Drove 10+ miles from Eau Claire to pick up a delivery and when I got there the guy working tells me that he didn't make the order because it was just gone. I've heard some lame excuses in my day but come on, bro, orders don't just dissappear into thin air. Seems more to me like he just didn't want to make the order because they were closing soon. Do better, please!
I ordered 1 sandwich via the app because I was running late and needed to get a quick lunch. Needless to say there wasn't much for quick involved. I got to the store 10+ minutes after placing my order even though my order still didn't show it was ready. I waited in the store for anouther 10+ minutes and no update. I visit this location often and had my first delivery tonight. One of the sandwiches was incorrect. The employee I spoke with on the phone apologized profusely and the correct sandwich was on my front steps quickly and it was fantastic.
