Typical Jimmy John fare. Even though I was standing there, they got my order WRONG! Went to get some extra napkins and didn't see them making my sandwich. Asked for NO MAYO . Order taker confirmed it. When they handed me my sandwich, I asked, "No mayo?" The person who handed me the sandwich said, yes. When I opened my sandwich the next day for lunch, guess what. Huge slather of mayo! Had to scrape off the mayo including the lettuce and tomato! What has happened to quality control and customer service???
