Disappointing quality. I paid over $12 for the Club Lulu. It only had one thin slice of turkey on the whole thing. I did omit lettuce and tomato, but they declined to tell me they were out of my free add-on until handing me the already made sandwich. I also paid $1.50 extra for avocado spread and they barely added any at all.
customer service was fantastic
When I first had Jimmy John's years ago, there was so much meat! And it was memorable. Trying it again after years it wasn't the same.could just be the location but the sandwich had little meat and bread seemed stale.
