We were traveling and hungry for Jimmy John’s. Not only was this place freaky fast. It was really clean! George was awesome at taking our order.
I am a regular customer. I ordered on the app which has been great to use. I always customize my sandwiches how I like them and recently have had issues with them not making them as specified on my order. On my receipt it shows exactly what i order but the sandwiches are not made correctly. I understand occasional mistakes are made so I let it go the first time. When I walked in I noticed 2 employees near the back by the door talking. I walked up to the register and nobody came up. Another girl working hard making sandwiches told the girl near the back to get the register. The girl in the back with dark hair walked up to the register with her mouth completely full. I told her I needed to pay cash for my online order. She turned around and walked away and still has not said one word to me the entire time. We paid for our food and then sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches to be made. I have never had to wait here this long. I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be freaky fast???
