Great service, staff is always welcoming, friendly and the orders have always come out correct and fast.
I ordered today specifically because I needed a lunch solution with fast delivery. Several issues: 1) the tip on the app defaulted to 50% of the order total. 2) the order was made incorrectly. 3) the order was handed off to Uber, who had other deliveries before mine. The guys were awesome
Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The food quality at this Jimmy John’s is horrible — poorly made, sloppy, and not fresh. The store itself is dirty and poorly managed. On top of that, the business posts California Prop 65 warnings (which aren’t even applicable in Illinois) in a misleading way instead of actually maintaining food safety standards.
