Within the past few months this has gone from the best Jimmy John's, to the worst Jimmy John's. Sandwiches are not fresh, particularly bread and protein. Instructions are not followed (light mayo or guac=no mayo or guac, and apparently two cumbersome to cut a sandwich in half when requested). As an FYI to others, I already filled out the form for feedback that they have already provided to others who have had negative experiences. I received no response. I gave them at least 10 days before posting this.

Rude and not knowledgable staff. Could not answer questions and made me package my own food because they couldn't be bothered to grab a bag and napkins for me. Sad customer service
