I ordered a tuna sandwich and got this. Kinda sad. When I called back up there to ask about it, they were rude and acted like they didn’t care. I’m done with this place
The crew at Jimmy John’s here is fantastic! They’re always friendly and welcoming when I walk in. The #15 with hot peppers is an absolute must-try, but what truly sets this location apart is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the meticulous food handling practices of the staff. Always appreciated guys and thanks for the great sandwiches!
It echo's so loud inside can't hear to order. menu isn,t clear. Not returning again
Just want to say. Horrible service and where the heck is the meat in this. None there are for sure not 39 grams of protein on this bootlegger wrap. Disappointed and still starving. Never going back Not even a entire piece of turkey in there. 🤦♀️
Update: They missed the extra tomatoes on my BLT. I called to let the store know, hoping it would be a quick and simple fix. Instead of listening or trying to help, the employee insisted she had personally put “20 tomatoes” on the sandwich and was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I was raising the issue.
