Freaky slow! Slowest Jimmy John's I think I have been to! Maybe 10 minutes and I think we were only ones in there. Not sure what happened but was unusually slow and they had 5 people. And then they messed an order. I am only doing a 2 star since the cashier was nice enough to comp my son a free day old bread.
I recently ordered a pickup order from this location and upon receiving my sandwich and taking a bite, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the bread while nice and fresh out of the oven, was very doughy in the middle. I called the location immediately, simply to make them aware so no other Customer had a similar experience only to have the manager on duty Mike, tell me that he didn’t think that would be the case and offered to refund my money or give me another sandwich. I love the new toasted option!
I love Jimmy John's but not this one. I keep giving them chances over the years and I still seem to find long thick black strands of hair in my sandwiches. Happened 3 times now in the last couple of years where I decided to try again. Never had this issue at other JJs. Service used to be freaky slow but it's gotten faster. The hair in the food multiple times is enough for me to pass on coming here again. Maybe you need to better train your staff on health and safety regulations.
