They gave me a roast beef sub that was all gristle, it was inedible. I know they have to touch and look at the meat that they put in the subs, and they still chose to screw me like that. Lost a loyal customer, also their drive through has been incredibly slow lately for jimmy johns standards.
I can’t make this up! After an extremely long day at work I ordered from here through Door Dash! When my food arrived the sandwich felt very light when I opened it had ZERO MEAT in it. It says online that you get a free sandwich after your first order of $5 or more but really they only give you 10 points per dollar you spend and it cost 1200 points for a sandwich so that is A LOT more than $5.
