I can’t make this up! After an extremely long day at work I ordered from here through Door Dash! When my food arrived the sandwich felt very light when I opened it had ZERO MEAT in it. I double checked my order and it did not say no Meat because I could’ve accidentally hit that so I call and the girl tells me well I don’t have an order based off your phone number. It says online that you get a free sandwich after your first order of $5 or more but really they only give you 10 points per dollar you spend and it cost 1200 points for a sandwich so that is A LOT more than $5.
Great staff. All the standards of service were nailed. I haven’t seen that anywhere in a few months.
Freaky slow! Slowest Jimmy John's I think I have been to! Maybe 10 minutes and I think we were only ones in there. Not sure what happened but was unusually slow and they had 5 people. And then they messed an order. I am only doing a 2 star since the cashier was nice enough to comp my son a free day old bread.
