Very rude, did not honor corporate coupon and staff is very uninformed. Completely a waste of time.
We picked up an order to go and were very disappointed. Jimmy Johns used to be our favorite place for subs but this location cannot seem to follow directions if your order is more complicated. Also, the bread was not fresh and their meat is mediocre. Also, their delivery radius is ridiculous. Who lives within 5 minutes of their restaurant??? What's the point in having delivery? We will be going elsewhere for our subs from now on because we've given them enough chances to get it right.
