Shut down their toaster machine a half hour before close because they wanted to clean it. When you are open until 10 you don't start cleaning things that make the food..... I got fired from Wendy's shutting down the grill early to "clean" when I was kid.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. After awaiting 20+ minutes in the drive-thru, for a toasted Italian. I was handed the wrong order with two sandwiches, when I told them it wasn’t my order. They took it back and then after another 10 minutes of waiting, they hand me a second order, which was the right sandwich, but not toasted.
