This wasn't based on yesterday, but on January 29, I put in an order for 2 subs. I came in and got them. They were totally wrong. I brought them back in and told them. There was another Carrie there ordering, and they were almost taking my order out for a delivery or carside or something. They took the open sandwiches and then rewrapped them in the same paper, which made them look new right in front of me. (Not remade) and switched sandwiches, delivered them to the right Carrie. Me and my sons favorite cold sub shop. #12 with peppers. The bread is the best.
Everything was extremely good inducing the staff, Brilant Suknaj really stood out to me! outstanding costumer service. I give this place a 2 star because I'm trying to gate keep Brilant all to myself.
Food was good enough. what really made it good was their employees Brilliant Suknaj and Andre Carvalho: impeccable customer service from these fine lads.
