9/16/26- ate here again. (It's the most convenient but I should stop). I noticed they all have beards but none of them wear a beard net. My "sandwich" was smaller than my child's half sandwich.... and so I ordered again. And then I ordered again. 20 minutes pass and he still forgets my drink. I called the store and they were unprofessional about all of it.
This was my first time coming to this Location, I was greeted by the manager Brady, he’s truly a God send. He remade my order because it had been sitting for a while. Told me about delay ordering and still gave me the sandwich I ordered ahead of time. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be making this my personal favorte Jimmy John’s.! Thank you Brady.!!!
Manager is an awesome dude and so is the rest of the staff. They also beard-mogged me. 10/10
